"I've been going to Susan for about 2-3 years now. She tailors my facial for what my face needs, and changes it at each visit if/when needed. I use the Dermatologica products and have very soft skin. I recently had used Retinol cream too frequently on my sensitive skin. I broke out with red dry patches all over my face.
